CCR Solutions is looking for a Business Development Coordinator to join our Toronto team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to better understand the world of events, client engagement, sales support, and live event production.
This role is designed as the starting point for someone interested in building a long-term career in live events and AV, with the opportunity to grow into an Account Manager position.
This role works closely with our Business Development and Sales teams to help support new opportunities, maintain client and event data, assist with outreach initiatives, and keep our internal systems organized and moving forward.
If you’re organized, curious, detail-oriented, and interested in the events industry, this role offers valuable hands-on exposure to how live events come together behind the scenes.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the Business Development team with lead generation and sales coordination
- Entering, updating, and maintaining client and event information within CCR’s internal systems
- Researching companies, events, venues, planners, and industry opportunities
- Assisting with email campaigns and outreach initiatives
- Tracking activities, follow-ups, and sales opportunities
- Helping maintain accurate pipeline and reporting information
- Supporting networking initiatives, trade shows, and industry events when required
- Working collaboratively with sales, operations, and marketing teams
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable working with technology, databases, spreadsheets, and online research tools
- Interest in live events, hospitality, production, or the AV industry
- Experience with LinkedIn, CRM systems, or email marketing platforms is considered an asset
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle preferred
