We are seeking a manager for our brand new Ottawa store!
Position: Lovenote Montreal - Store Manager
Type:
- Full time
- Must be available Wednesday to Sunday, including Saturdays and Sundays (every weekend)
Location: 1312 Sainte-Catherine west
Responsibilities:
- Provide high quality customer service through one-on-one private consultations
- Engage with customers through email and phone
- Identify and assess customer’s needs to ensure they are satisfied with their interaction/resolution
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
- Follow procedures, guidelines and policies
- Always go above and beyond for the customer
- Strong merchandising skills and ability to create and maintain visual displays
- Monitoring and evaluating performance to ensure goals are being met
- Analyzing data and using critical thinking to solve problems
- Facilitating effective internal and external communication.
- Encouraging innovation and continuous improvement
- Staying informed about industry trends and incorporating best practices.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in a service-based role
- Some management experience
