Key Responsibilities:
Asphalt Workers:
- Perform asphalt paving, repair, and maintenance tasks.
- Operate paving machines, rollers, and other equipment necessary for asphalt laying.
- Ensure the quality and smoothness of asphalt surfaces.
- Collaborate with the team to meet project deadlines and maintain safety standards.
- Load and unload asphalt materials as needed.
Asphalt Operators:
- Paver Operator
- Screed Operator
- Break Down Roller
- Finish Roller
- Skid Steer Operator
Qualifications:
Asphalt Workers:
- Proven experience working with asphalt paving and maintenance.
- Familiarity with asphalt machinery and tools.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
