Job description
Our client located in Markham is an industry leader in the GC field and they are looking for a full time, permanent Site Super.
Requirements
1. At least 5 years experience as a Site Super in the ICI field in downtown Toronto
2. Experience dealing with sub trades and possibly a list of subs that you have used in the past
3. Excellent knowledge of Health and Safety on a job site
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
5. A vehicle and a valid G licence
6. Candidates must be willing and able to work days, nights and weekends
Please note that our client deals mainly in fit out work in existing office space and does no residential work so experience in this area is a must have.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $85,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
