We're Hiring! Barn Staff – Hunter/Jumper Stable (Kingston, Ontario)

We’re looking for an experienced, reliable, and motivated individual to become part of our barn family.
Position Highlights:
- Full-time or part-time position (flexible for the right candidate)

Key Responsibilities:
- Daily barn chores (feeding, mucking, turnout, etc.)
- Administering basic equine first aid and recognizing signs of illness/injury
- Maintaining clean and organized barn facilities
- Assisting with care and preparation of competition horses
- Communicating effectively with clients and team members
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience in a professional hunter/jumper or equestrian barn setting required
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Horse-first mindset and attention to detail
Bonus if you have:
- Experience with show grooming or competition prep
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
