eyecandy SIGNS INC. is a custom sign company based in the vibrant North End of Halifax. We create unique visual solutions for clients across the country and have been recognized internationally for our creative approach to signage.
Our team is made up of designers, planners, fabricators, installers, and creative problem-solvers who care deeply about quality, collaboration, and craftsmanship. Every project we produce is custom, and every client relationship is built on trust, communication, and attention to detail.
We are currently looking for a Branding and Signage Customer Service Representative to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone with a background or strong interest in graphic design, visual communication, art, print production, branding, architecture, interiors, or another creative field, someone who enjoys working with people just as much as creative projects.
What You'll Do
- Respond to incoming client inquiries and help guide projects from concept to completion
- Work closely with clients to understand their goals, branding, and project requirements
- Prepare pricing, quotes, and project documentations
- Coordinate multiple concurrent custom signage projects through design, fabrication, and installation
- Provide overall project support throughout all phases of production, from initial concept and design through manufacturing and installation
- Collaborate closely with our design, production, and installation teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget
- Help clients navigate materials, fabrication methods, permitting requirements, and signage solutions
- Maintain strong communication with clients, consultants, contractors, and project partners throughout each stage of a project
- Support ongoing client relationships and contribute to company growth

Additional Assets
- Experience coordinating construction, fabrication, manufacturing, print, or design-related projects is considered an asset
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and Mac based environments is beneficial
- Experience within the sign industry is not required, but a willingness to fully immerse yourself and learn our business is essential
- Backgrounds in graphic design, print, visual arts, architecture, interiors, marketing, branding, customer service, project coordination, or construction-related fields are all considered strong assets
