- Perform detailed cleaning tasks including washing, drying, vacuuming, window cleaning, and tire shining
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area, ensuring all tools and supplies are organized and sanitized
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering recommendations, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Monitor the operation of car wash machinery to ensure proper functioning and report any issues promptly
- Follow safety protocols at all times to create a secure environment for team members and customers
Qualifications
- Prior experience in cleaning or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
- Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, lift moderate loads, and work in various weather conditions
