As an Receptionist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services while ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment for clients. Duties
- Greet patients. Follow ups.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work area in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Engage with clients to understand their skincare needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Upsell products and services to enhance client satisfaction and drive sales.
- Assist with front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and managing client records.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by building rapport with clients and addressing any concerns.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in skincare and beauty treatments to provide informed recommendations.
- Light cleaning/tidying up rooms after patients.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or retail sales is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to sanitize tools and maintain cleanliness in accordance with industry standards.
- A friendly demeanor with a passion for hospitality and client care.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.75-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
