- Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services.
- Stay updated on the latest hair trends and techniques.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Promote salon services and products to clients.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a hairstylist/ or attending Hair School
- Knowledge of hair products and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
- Passion for the beauty industry and a desire to continually improve skills.
