The Role
The successful candidate will support both industrial sales activities and internal production operations. Qualified applicants will be capable of working independently while assisting customers, coordinating materials, and supporting sales, purchasing, and production teams.
What You’ll Do
- Assist the industrial sales counter and warehouse departments with daily operations and customer support
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate fabricated, machined, hydraulic, and industrial powertrain solutions
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, purchase orders.
- Answer telephone and email inquiries and maintain adequate stock levels
- Identify, organize, and prepare parts and materials for production and assembly teams
- Tag parts and maintain proper storage and inventory locations
What You Bring
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in industrial sales, warehouse coordination, production support, or a related role
- Working experience in one or more of the following areas is considered an asset: Machining, fabricating
- Understanding of various steel and metal products, materials and power transmission components
- Good mechanical knowledge is required
- Technician diploma or hands-on trades experience is considered an asset
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Well organized with strong time management and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to follow procedures and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Forklift and/or overhead crane experience is considered an asset
- Willingness to work additional hours when required to support production schedules or customer requirements

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
