We are seeking a dedicated AMI-trained Assistants to Infancy Guide (0–3) or equivalent Montessori training to lead our vibrant Toddler community (16–36 months). This role is ideal for a passionate educator deeply committed to AMI principles, independent movement, and supporting early childhood sensitive periods.

Key Qualifications
- AMI Assistants to Infancy (0–3) Diploma or equivalent training
- B.C. Early Childhood Educator (ECE) Certificate with Infant/Toddler (IT) designation (or eligibility)
- Current First Aid Certification and CPR
- Strong observational skills, deep respect for child autonomy, and excellent communication abilities
- High professional standards and a gentle, supportive approach with young children and families
Your Role and Responsibilities
- Community Connection: Cultivate warm, professional partnerships with parents and mentor classroom assistants to maintain consistent Montessori standards across the team.
- Meaningful Routines: Transform everyday care routines into quiet opportunities for trust, connection, and grace & courtesy.
- Observation & Planning: Conduct close daily observations to inform individual support, record keeping, and developmental progress.
- Pedagogical Leadership: Guide toddlers with respect for their natural rhythms, sensitive periods, and emerging independence using core AMI principles.
- Prepared Environment: Prepare, maintain, and adapt a beautiful, orderly 0–3 Montessori environment tailored to the developmental needs of toddlers.
