We are seeking a motivated and experienced Key Holder / Supervisor to join our hospitality team. This leadership position combines front-line service with supervisory responsibilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for opening and closing the restaurant, overseeing daily operations, supporting team members, and delivering exceptional guest experiences while working regular shifts as a Server and/or Bartender.
Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Supervision
- Act as the manager-on-duty during assigned shifts.
- Open and close the restaurant according to company procedures.
- Ensure all operational, safety, and cash-handling policies are followed.
- Lead, coach, and support team members throughout service.
- Assist with training and onboarding of new employees.
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues professionally.
- Maintain a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment.
- Communicate operational updates and service expectations to staff.
Service Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional food and beverage service to guests.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards.
- Process payments and manage cash transactions accurately.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of menus, specials, and beverage offerings.
- Upsell food, beverages, and promotions when appropriate.
- Ensure guests receive prompt, friendly, and attentive service.
Operational Duties
- Complete opening and closing checklists.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of all front-of-house areas.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages to management.
- Assist with daily cash reconciliation and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations.
- Support special events, large reservations, and private functions as required.
Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
