Job Summary
Nuad Thai Massage is seeking a caring and skilled Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our growing team in Calgary. The ideal candidate is professional, client-focused, and passionate about wellness. You’ll provide a range of therapeutic massage services, including oil massage, deep tissue, hot stone, and more, while working in a flexible, supportive environment. Experience with Traditional Thai Massage is a plus, but training is available if you're new to it.

Duties
- Perform a variety of massage techniques, including oil (Swedish & deep tissue), hot stone, and herbal ball compress
- Customize each treatment based on client needs and health conditions
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure privacy and confidentiality
- Educate clients on wellness practices and aftercare recommendations
- Keep the treatment room clean, organized, and prepared between sessions
- Communicate professionally and compassionately with clients
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth, welcoming clinic environment
- Optional: Learn and provide Traditional Thai Massage
Experience
- Must be a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in good standing with at least 2200 hours (recognized by insurance companies)
- Previous experience in a massage clinic or wellness setting is an asset
- Strong understanding of therapeutic massage techniques (Swedish, deep tissue, etc.)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional, dependable, and passionate about client care
- Experience with Traditional Thai Massage is a plus, but not required
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends
