- Work off architectural drawings and specifications.
- Ability to install doors, entryways, trim, molding, fixtures, wall, and ceiling panels.
- Ensure fittings and other components are of good quality.
- Ability to delegate work within the team and relaying priorities/tasks from management to the team.

- Self-Motivated and skilled
- Lead Carpenter or be a strong second.
- Has all required tools
- Good communicator and able to collaborate with a team.
- Brings unique set of eyes to problems.

- Willing to complete task beyond job description.
- Be competent working with small hand tools, and woodworking machinery common to installations.
- Keep a positive can-do attitude, always bring solutions to the table with the challenges.

Additional Considerations:
- Working at heights training / WHMIS training
- Own vehicle and valid driver’s licence.
Experience
- 2-3 years experience in carpentry finishing

Carpentry Technician Diploma/College level certificate in a related field
