Join EastGen as a Part-Time, Contract AI Technician in Western Ontario. Note: the contract end date is May 31, 2027.
In this role, you will:
- Provide artificial insemination service (A.I.) and sell farm and agri-products
- Promote current/new products and services to established and potential clients
- Offer consulting service to breeders answering questions related to reproduction, and,
- Participate in staff development opportunities and staff/client meetings.
To be successful you will need:
- A keen interest in dairy and beef industry
- Knowledge and experience in the agriculture industry
- Breeding experience is an asset, but training will be provided
- Physical fitness with acute manual dexterity
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- A valid G driver’s license and clean driving record
- Flexibility to work rotating schedules, including weekends and holidays
