The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Medical Office Assistant who can adapt to a busy, already established clinic environment and provide excellent support to both patients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage patient check-in/check-out and scheduling
- Maintain accurate and confidential electronic medical records (Accuro EMR)
- Handle patient interactions, phone calls, and administrative tasks professionally
- Support day-to-day clinic operations and patient flow
- Assist with maintaining an organized and efficient work environment
Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
