Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, payroll administration, and HRIS management. A mandatory requirement for this role is a minimum of five (5) years of hands-on experience with Payworks payroll software, including demonstrated proficiency in all Payworks modules. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee and payroll data, facilitating HR processes, and ensuring smooth communication across departments.
Responsibilities
- Assist with talent acquisition activities, including recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
- Manage and update HRIS systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Process payroll and maintain employee records using Payworks, including all associated modules.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs to promote professional growth within the organization.
- Facilitate change management initiatives by assisting with policy updates and communication strategies.
- Handle employee relations matters with sensitivity and professionalism, providing support for conflict resolution and engagement activities.
- Collect and analyze HR data to support decision-making processes related to staffing, retention, and compliance.
- Maintain administrative records related to human resources functions, including data entry and documentation of HR processes.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams on sourcing strategies and candidate management.
- Support project management efforts related to HR initiatives, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience using Payworks payroll software is required.
- Must be proficient in all Payworks modules, including payroll processing, employee self-service, time management, benefits administration, and reporting.
- Proven experience in payroll administration and HR coordination.
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms
- Familiarity with human resources management practices including talent acquisition, employee relations, and training and development.
- Ability to manage change management projects effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience with data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Administrative experience supporting HR functions, including data entry and record keeping.
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
