Job Summary

Duties

- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets through coaching and performance management.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities through market analysis, networking, and industry research.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, including negotiation and contract finalization.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that support sales objectives.
- Utilize CRM tools such as HubSpot to track sales activities, forecast revenue, and analyze performance metrics.
- Conduct regular analysis of sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Provide training and mentorship to team members on effective sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in direct sales
