Position Overview
The Asset Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for organizing and tracking of preventive maintenance (PM) activities and of critical assets to ensure equipment reliability, regulatory compliance, and efficient operations. This role acts as the central point of communication between Operations, Rig personnel, and Vendors, ensuring that all maintenance schedules/asset movement is executed and documented accurately via the Hexagon EAM Database system.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain asset records, equipment hierarchies, and technical documentation in the Hexagon EAM database system.
- Ensure asset information and PM tasks are up to date and communicated to Operations Group.
- Develop maintenance schedules with input from Operations, Engineering and Safety departments.
- Maintain preventive maintenance (PM) schedules using Hexagon EAM for all assets as directed.
- Review work orders/certifications for accuracy, and compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards.
- Collaborate with Operations, Quality Management and Vendors to ensure work is executed correctly.
- Distribution and reception of various reports related to PMs and assets.
Other duties as required
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in maintenance coordination, planning, or asset management—preferably in oil & gas.
- Proficiency with Asset Management Databases, ideally Hexagon EAM
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem solving skills.
- Extreme attention to detail, quick learner.
