We are looking to hire 10-12 security supervisors for an exciting large-scale technology conference. We are seeking professional, reliable, and customer-focused Security Supervisors to help ensure a safe and welcoming environment for attendees, exhibitors, and staff. You must be comfortable overseeing 20-30 guards per shift.
You must be able to work as early as 6AM until 12AM and night shifts 9PM-9AM. Open availability is strongly preferred. Students on summer break are welcome to apply.
Position: Event Security Supervisor
Job Location: Exhibition Place Area
Full Time Temporary: July 13-July 25, 2026
Shift: You must be available all shifts (Days, Afternoons, Nights and Weekends). No exceptions will be made.
Job Duties:

Lead and support a team of security guards.

Coordinate staffing assignments and break schedules.

Ensure all security procedures are followed.

Respond to and manage incidents and escalations.

Liaise with event management, clients, and emergency personnel.

Complete reports and maintain operational records.

Conduct pre-shift briefings and post-shift debriefings.
Requirements

Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence.

Valid Emergency First Aid/CPR certification. Red Cross certification preferred.

Ability to work morning or night shifts. Including shifts during the daytime.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Professional appearance and demeanor.

Previous event security experience is an asset.

Supervisors should have prior leadership or supervisory experience.
