Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Education (ECE) Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing, engaging, and educational environment for young children. This role requires strong communication skills, classroom experience, and a genuine love for working with children. Bilingual abilities, especially in English and French, as well as experience with children with disabilities or in special education settings, are highly valued. Responsibilities
- Design and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
- Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and learning.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a cohesive educational experience.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and daily activities using computer systems.
- Collaborate with team members to develop individualized plans for children with special needs or disabilities.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times within the classroom and play areas.
- Manage classroom supplies and organize materials to facilitate smooth daily operations.
- Support children's emotional well-being through attentive caregiving and leadership in group activities.
Experience
- Prior classroom experience in early childhood education or related fields is preferred.
- Experience working with children of diverse backgrounds, including those with disabilities or special needs, is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to utilize computer skills for record keeping, lesson planning, and communication purposes.
- Strong organizational skills, time management, and the ability to lead effectively within a team setting are essential.

Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour
