Bartender / Server – Join the Bayrut Team

Previous bartending experience and legal authorization to work in Québec, Canada are required.
Bayrut is seeking a passionate, energetic, and hospitality-driven Bartender / Server to join our team in the heart of Old Montreal.
This is a hybrid role where you'll craft our signature cocktails while also providing exceptional table service. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy connecting with guests, and take pride in delivering outstanding hospitality, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and other beverages.
- Provide attentive, friendly, and professional table service.
- Guide guests through our food and beverage menus with confidence.
- Deliver food and drinks while ensuring an exceptional dining experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently.
- Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team to provide seamless service.
- Uphold Bayrut's high standards of hospitality, professionalism, and cleanliness.
What We're Looking For
- Previous bartending experience is required.
- Fine dining or upscale restaurant experience is an asset.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong teamwork.
- Ability to multitask and remain composed in a busy environment.
- Legal authorization to work in Québec, Canada.

Compensation: Base hourly wage plus tips. Typical total earnings range from $20 to $45 per hour, depending on shifts, guest volume, and tip income.
