Kids Corner Daycare & OSC is looking for a passionate, experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our team!Requirements: First aid Training , Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Comfortable and confident driving our daycare minivan for school pick-up and drop-off runs Reliable, professional, and team-oriented Strong communication skills with children, families, and coworkersRIE-Inspired Skills We Value: Respectful interactions with children at all times Ability to observe and respond thoughtfully rather than direct unnecessarily Understanding of child-led learning and play-based curriculum Supporting children's independence and self-help skills Creating calm, predictable environments that foster secure attachments Viewing children as capable, competent learners Strong observation and documentation skills to plan meaningful learning experiences based on children's interestsAt Kids Corner, we believe children learn best through play, exploration, and respectful relationships.
