We are looking for a motivated and client-focused Registered Nurse (RN or RPN) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a nurse who enjoys working in a private clinic environment, is comfortable delivering a variety of wellness and treatment services, and excels at building relationships with clients.

You will be responsible not only for delivering safe and exceptional care, but also for educating clients, understanding their goals, recommending appropriate services, and helping them achieve long-term results. The ideal candidate is confident in both clinical care and consultative client interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer REVIV IV therapy and IM vitamin injections according to established clinical protocols
- Conduct client consultations, medical screenings, and health history reviews prior to treatment
- Monitor clients during treatments and respond appropriately to any adverse reactions or concerns
- Support skin and body treatment protocols as directed by the clinical team
- Educate clients on available treatments, wellness programs, and preventative health services
- Build strong relationships with clients through exceptional service and ongoing follow-up
- Assess client goals and recommend appropriate treatment plans and services based on clinical suitability
- Support client retention by providing a positive experience and helping clients stay engaged with their wellness plans
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and inventory management of medical supplies and medications
- Uphold strict infection prevention, control, and patient safety standards
- Contribute to clinic growth through professional client engagement, education, and service recommendations
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Experience with IV therapy, venipuncture, and peripheral IV insertion is strongly preferred
- Previous experience working in a private clinic, wellness clinic, medical clinic, or medical aesthetics setting is considered a strong asset
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and client service skills
- Comfortable educating clients and recommending treatments based on their health and wellness goals
- Experience in a consultative, client-facing environment is an asset
- Interest or experience in wellness, preventative health, weight management, or medical aesthetics
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
- Experience with cosmetic injectables, dermal fillers, or aesthetic treatments is an asset but not required
- Training may be provided for the right candidate
