This is a Consultative Sales Internship
The Admissions Advisor Intern (AAI) is one of the first points of contact and first impressions that prospective students will have of QuickStart. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about helping others, eager to learn consultative sales, and interested in building a career in admissions or sales.
Admissions Advisor Interns will assist with handling incoming inquiries and making outbound calls to prospective students under the guidance of experienced Admissions Advisors. The AAI will play an important role in advising and assisting prospective students with exploring QuickStart's IT Bootcamp programs. It is the intern's responsibility to understand students' needs, educate them about our programs and admissions requirements, and support them throughout the enrollment process.
Throughout the internship, interns will receive structured training, mentorship, and hands-on experience in consultative sales, CRM management, and customer engagement while adhering to company policies, procedures, and communication standards.
Responsibilities
Include but are not limited to:
- Assist in meeting individual and team performance goals throughout the internship.
- Support the admissions team with inbound and outbound calls to prospective students.
- Follow up on assigned leads and inquiries using calls, text messages, and emails.
- Learn and apply consultative selling techniques to understand prospective students' career goals.
- Provide professional, courteous, and timely assistance to all prospective students.
- Maintain honesty, integrity, and professionalism in every interaction.
- Ensure accurate data collection and CRM data entry with minimal errors.
- Maintain CRM records in an organized and up-to-date manner.
- Participate in onboarding, product training, coaching sessions, and team meetings.
- Complete assigned projects and administrative tasks as required.
RequirementsMinimum Knowledge and Experience
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree (preferred).
- Previous customer service, sales, internship, or campus leadership experience is a plus but not required.
- Comfortable speaking with prospective students over the phone and through digital communication channels.
- Ability to interact with people from a variety of backgrounds, levels, and positions.
- Willingness to learn consultative sales techniques and receive ongoing coaching.

Note: This is a paid, four-month internship designed to provide hands-on experience in consultative sales and admissions. High-performing interns may be considered for a full-time Admissions Advisor role upon successful completion of the internship, based on performance, business needs, and position availability.
Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
