Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lot Attendant and Auto Detailer to join our team. This role involves maintaining the appearance and organization of our vehicle lot, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring each vehicle is thoroughly cleaned and presentable. The ideal candidate is reliable, hardworking, and passionate about delivering quality service to our customers. Responsibilities
- Assist in the organization and cleanliness of the vehicle lot, ensuring vehicles are properly parked and accessible.
- Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, including washing, vacuuming, interior cleaning, and polishing to meet company standards.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and assisting with vehicle-related questions.
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- A drivers license is an asset as we do a fair ammount of vehicle but not required
- Support team members with additional tasks related to vehicle preparation and lot maintenance as needed.
Skills
- Experience in cleaning or auto detailing is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure vehicles are cleaned to high standards.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable work ethic with a focus on punctuality and dependability.
