Sales Associate – Join Our Team
As Canadian Jewellers enters a period of transition with the upcoming retirement of its owners, we remain actively serving our clients and community—and we are looking to strengthen our team during this time.
In addition to our in-store operations, we are also in the process of expanding our jewellery offerings to an online platform. This next phase of the business creates an opportunity for someone who is adaptable, reliable, and ready to contribute both on the sales floor and behind the scenes.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of an established, reputable business as it continues its day-to-day operations while evolving into its next chapter. There is still important work to be done, and we are seeking individuals who are ready to step in and be part of that effort.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a high standard of customer service and client experience
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Support daily sales goals and store performance
- Assist with merchandising, inventory management, and store organization
- Support the transition to online sales, including product organization and digital presentation
- Assist with social media content, posting, and customer engagement
- Contribute to maintaining a professional and welcoming retail environment
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Interest in jewellery, fashion, retail sales, or a genuine passion for working with people
- Comfortable learning new systems, including online platforms and social media tools
- Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative
- Ability to pass a criminal record check
Previous retail experience is considered an asset; however, we are willing to train individuals who demonstrate the right attitude and work ethic.
