What You’ll Do:
- Prepare ingredients and execute dishes according to recipe standards and plating guidelines.
- Handle prep work to keep the kitchen fully stocked and organized.
- Work the line during service—grill, sauté, fryer, or cold station.
- Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and proper storage protocols at all times.
- Communicate clearly and positively with fellow cooks and FOH staff.
What We’re Looking For:
- A passion for food and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a kitchen setting is preferred, but not required—we’re willing to train the right person.
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen.
- Punctuality, dependability, and a positive, team-focused attitude.

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
