Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Supervisor to oversee daily retail operations, ensure excellent customer service, and lead a team towards achieving sales goals. Responsibilities
- Supervise daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, and pricing strategies
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates through effective training and development
- Oversee customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience and resolve any issues promptly
- Manage payroll, scheduling, and staffing needs to optimize store performance
- Handle cash handling, cashiering, and POS transactions accurately
- Coordinate purchasing and stock replenishment to maintain optimal inventory levels
- Implement marketing initiatives to promote store products and increase sales
- Conduct hiring interviews and participate in recruiting efforts for new team members
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and analyze sales data for strategic planning
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and store procedures
- Manage budgeting processes to control expenses and maximize profitability
Skills
- Proven supervisory and team management experience in retail settings
- Strong negotiation skills with vendors and staff
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for diverse customer engagement
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency with POS systems, merchandising tools, and basic bookkeeping software
- Effective time management and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities
- Customer service excellence with phone etiquette proficiency

- Leadership qualities with the ability to train & develop staff effectively
- Experience in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
- Competence in budgeting, cash handling, and administrative tasks such as bookkeeping
