To be successful in this role, the candidate will provide administrative and clerical support while performing specialized and/or diversified office tasks. The environment is fast paced with tight deadlines and requires the successful candidate to have strong written and verbal communication skills, be flexible, well organized and be attentive to detail. You will be required to draft Affidavits specific to British Columbia and prepare and organize files to be served.

Background:
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in an administrative role.
Your responsibilities:
- Prepare Affidavits in a custom database program.
- Process documents for filing, faxing, scanning and printing, while recording all billable items on invoices
- Correspond with clients and agents by email and process & prepare emailed service requests.
- Organize and coordinate documents for service throughout the Lower Mainland, Canada while ensuring that client's instructions, various court requirements and tight deadlines are provided and met by process servers.
- Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service to determine the urgency of client requests to ensure that their process serving requirements are met.
- Dispatch staff or arrange for couriers to pick up services from clients as dictated by urgency of request.
- Prepare and arrange mail and courier packages to ensure deadlines are met.
