Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking logistics supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse, contributing to order fulfillment and maintaining the overall organization of the facility. This position requires a strong attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to handle multi tasks.
Duties
1. Inventory Management:
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock availability.
- Perform regular stock checks and audits.
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing goods.
2. Receiving and Shipping:
- Oversee the receiving, inspecting, and storage of goods.
- Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of orders.
- Coordinate with logistics companies and carriers for inbound and outbound shipments.
3. Warehouse Organization:
- Manage the layout of the warehouse to optimize space utilization.
- Ensure proper storage of goods, including labeling and categorization.
- Maintain orderliness and cleanliness of the warehouse.
4. Documentation and Record Keeping:
- Ensure proper documentation for goods received, stored, and dispatched.
- Maintain and update warehouse records in management systems.
- Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, shipments, and operations.
5. Warehouse Technology Management:
- Operate and manage warehouse management systems (WMS) for tracking and documentation.
- Ensure proper use of barcode scanners, RFID systems, and other technology for stock tracking.
6. Process Improvement:
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Develop strategies to optimize the movement and storage of goods.
7. Coordination and Communication:
- Communicate with oversea teammates, customers and other logistics agents regarding stock availability, shipments, and delivery schedules.
- Resolve any issues related to shipments, deliveries, or inventory.
8. Security:
- Ensure proper security measures are in place to prevent theft or loss.
- Monitor and control access to the warehouse.
9. Other tasks assigned by management
Qualifications
- Previous experience in logistics field setting is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Familiarity with order fulfillment processes and warehouse distribution systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
