Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting our automotive service center. Your main responsibility will be providing excellent customer service by assisting customers with their vehicle service needs, answering questions, and ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities
Welcome customers and provide a friendly, professional experience.
Listen to customer concerns and communicate service needs clearly.
Explain recommended services, maintenance, and repair options in an easy-to-understand manner.
Schedule appointments and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service.
Keep customers updated on the status of their vehicle repairs and service.
Prepare service estimates and invoices accurately.
Process payments and maintain accurate customer records.
Promote maintenance services and special offers when appropriate.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction after service visits.
Maintain a clean, organized, and positive work environment.
Requirements
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
Basic automotive knowledge is an asset but not required.
Previous experience in customer service, retail, or automotive service is preferred.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable using computers and point-of-sale systems.
Reliable, team-oriented, and committed to customer satisfaction.
Pay: $38,391.41-$50,000.00 per year
