Pinheiro's Janitorial Services is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to lead and support our commercial cleaning operations.
This role is responsible for overseeing cleaning teams across commercial facilities, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer
satisfaction are consistently met. The ideal candidate will possess a background in commercial cleaning, particularly in a supervisory position.
Job Responsibilities:
Hire and train or arrange for the training of cleaning staff.
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers.
Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards.
Assist cleaners in performing duties.
Establish work schedules.
Supervisory Experience.
Maintain inventory of supplies.
Conduct quality control.
Education:
High school diploma
Work Experience:
1 year of related experience
