Are you passionate about grilling great food and working in a fast-paced kitchen? Chuck’s Roadhouse is looking for enthusiastic Line Cooks to join our team in a high-volume restaurant environment. We serve bold flavors, big portions, and great value, and we need skilled cooks who thrive in a team-oriented setting and can keep up with the energy of our kitchen.
Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items with accuracy and consistency

Maintain high standards for food quality, portioning, and presentation — every plate should be picture-worthy

Follow recipes and station prep sheets with exact detail

Ensure cleanliness and organization of your station at all times

Stick closely to food safety and sanitation standards — because the little things matter

Communicate clearly and work efficiently as part of the team, especially during rushes
️ What We’re Looking For:

Previous food service experience or line cook experience preferred (but not required)

A strong eye for detail — you notice when a burger’s overcooked, a plate’s not clean, or a garnish is off

Commitment to consistency: our guests expect the same great food every time

Ability to multitask without sacrificing quality

Punctual, dependable, and able to stay calm under pressure

Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays)

Food Handler Certification is a bonus
