What's the role
We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join the #1 Volume Mazda Dealership. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience as a Service Advisor.
Requirements:
- Valid G license
- Clean driving record
- Able to work Weekdays & Saturdays
- Must have previous Service experience in a dealership
- Must be a team player & detail-oriented

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate concepts and ideas
- Booking appointments
- Following up with customers who came in for recent service appointments
- Open/Write Repair Orders, following up with customers, and recommending work to customers
- Understand and follow Warranty Policy
- Coordinate with shuttle pickups
- Explaining work completed and invoice and maintaining a high level of CSI
- Be highly motivated and self-driven to achieve sales targets
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
- Have the ability to complete paperwork accurately and promptly

Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
