We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused office admin/customer service admin to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
· Coordinate daily office operations and administrative activities.
· Process sales orders, invoices, and related documentation.
· Follow up on customer accounts, deliveries, and outstanding paperwork.
· Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
· Assist with customer inquiries, order updates, and issue resolution.
· Support basic HR and employee administration functions.
· Maintain accurate records, files, and company databases.
· Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence as required.
· Manage office supplies and coordinate courier and mailing services.
· Perform general office duties including filing, photocopying, printing, scanning, and distributing information.
· Perform additional administrative duties as assigned by the Office Manager or management team.
What you need to bring:
· Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration, customer service, or a similar role.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Customer-service mindset with a positive attitude.
· Ability to multitask and being a team player
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
· Ability to follow direction from different levels of management.
· Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required; post-secondary education in business administration or a related field is an asset.
· Experience with CRM Software and QuickBooks is considered a strong asset.
· Fluency in English is required. Fluency in Cantonese or Mandarin is considered a strong asset.
