Position Requirements & Skill Set
Applicants should possess the following:
- Valid Smart Serve certification
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of Japanese cuisine, including fish, sake, and hot dishes
- Familiarity with Uber Eats and SkipTheDishes platforms
- Ability to greet and seat guests professionally
- Assist guests with menu selections
- Strong teamwork skills, sense of urgency, and responsible attitude
- Ability to stand for the duration of shifts
- Ability to answer phone calls and take customer orders
- Willingness to learn and effectively use our in-house POS system
- Ability to pack take-out and delivery orders accurately
- Strong multitasking skills
- Korean language skills are an asset but not mandatory
- Must be available to work all holidays (no exceptions)
