Duties
- Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits of various items
- Assist customers with their selections, providing personalized recommendations and upselling when appropriate
- Manage cashiering duties including cash handling, processing transactions accurately, and operating POS systems
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customer attention and promote sales
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction
- Utilize communication skills to engage with diverse customers effectively
- Uphold phone etiquette when handling inquiries via phone or online channels
- Manage time efficiently to ensure prompt service during busy periods
- Previous experience in retail sales, technical sales, or merchandising is advantageous
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, and basic math skills for handling transactions
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and customer service expertise
- Organizational skills to manage product displays and inventory accurately
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
