TPN-Trained RN Wanted | CA$55.00–CA$65.00/hour
Advanced Care Group is looking for an experienced RN with TPN training to provide specialized patient care across hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living, and home care settings. This role covers TPN administration, pain management, and case management for a range of patients — including pediatric, senior, and dementia care.
What You'll Do
- Administer TPN infusions, IV therapies, and medications
- Monitor patients and adjust care plans as needed
- Document care using EHR systems like Epic and Cerner
- Perform assessments, including phlebotomy when required
- Educate patients and families on nutrition and medication management
- Work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver individualized care
What You'll Need
- Valid TPN training (required)
- Current RN licensure with active BCCNM registration
- Experience in hospital or acute care settings
- Comfort with EHR systems like Epic and Cerner
- Ability to manage complex cases independently
