Antonino’s Original Pizza is a staple in Windsor, known for its quality, tradition, and loyal customer base. We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to the Franchise.
The ideal candidate has strong verbal and written communication with exceptional attention to detail, has the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and maintain calendars, schedules, and appointments, ensuring efficient time management and coordination.
- Prepare, format, and organize documents and reports (Word, Excel, and other platforms)
- Serve as a point of contact by handling phone calls, emails, and general correspondence on behalf of the office.
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, including file management and office supply coordination.
- Review and approve marketing content to ensure brand consistency and quality standards.
- Assist with payroll related administrative tasks.
- Provide additional administrative support as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an executive assistant or similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Experience with Canva and Adobe is considered an asset.
- Demonstrate ability to manage confidential information with a high level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
