John Bear Buick Chevrolet GMC Cadillac is looking to add qualified Automotive Service Technicians/Diesel Technicians/Transmission Technicians to join our team at our busy Hamilton dealership. In this important role, you will be responsible for repairing client's new and certified pre owned vehicles, collaborating closely with the service advisors/managers to determine automotive service needs, recommending maintenance, and other services to satisfy these needs. This role plays a critical part of the dealership's role to guide the client throughout the service process and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

Earning Potential: $80,000 - $120,000 + per year
Responsibilities:
Inspect motor vehicles in operation, road test motor vehicles and test automotive systems and components
Test and adjust repaired systems to manufacturer’s specifications
Perform scheduled maintenance service
Provide recommendations on work performed and future repair requirements
Maintain efficiency and accuracy in diagnosing and repairing vehicles
Qualifications:
310S Mechanics License or equivalent is required
Valid Class G Driver’s License and clean driver's abstract
Diesel or Transmission experience a definite asset
GM experience is an asset
