PJ’s Cottage Care is hiring motivated students for seasonal outdoor work. This role focuses on lawn maintenance, property cleanups, and assisting with general construction labour on residential properties.
Responsibilities:
- Lawn mowing, trimming, and general property maintenance
- Spring and fall cleanups (leaves, branches, debris removal)
- Assisting with landscaping and yard improvement projects
- Supporting construction crews with general labour tasks
- Loading/unloading materials and keeping job sites organized
- Operating basic landscaping tools and equipment
Requirements:
- Current student (high school or post-secondary preferred)
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Must be comfortable working at water-access sites
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to follow instructions
- Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and perform physical work
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Valid driver’s license is an asset
- Must have own transportation to/from workplace
