About the Role
Join our leadership team as a Project Manager specializing in Civil and Infrastructure developments. You will take complete ownership of large-scale infrastructure projects across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), managing them from initial civil design through to final construction delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of civil infrastructure projects, ensuring completion on time and within budget.
- Manage multi-disciplinary project teams, including structural engineers, site supervisors, and subcontractors.
- Serve as the primary liaison for municipal stakeholders, regulatory bodies, and utility companies.
- Monitor project financials, approve major change orders, and mitigate operational risks.
- Enforce strict compliance with Ontario health and safety regulations on all job sites.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience within civil infrastructure or heavy civil construction.
- P.Eng. (Professional Engineer) or PMP (Project Management Professional) designation is highly asset-oriented.
- Deep familiarity with Ontario building codes, municipal permitting, and environmental assessment processes.
Pay: $95,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
