Sentrio Security is looking for a reliable and professional MLEO Parking Enforcement Officer Manager to join our team. In this role, you will patrol assigned parking areas, enforce parking regulations, issue parking violations, and assist the public with parking-related questions.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of patrollers for assigned parking areas and ensure compliance with parking regulations.
- Issue parking tickets and warnings for parking violations.
- Coordinate with designated towing company for towing vehicles as directed.
- Assist the public with parking information and directions.
- Maintain accurate records of daily patrols and enforcement activities.
- Work with law enforcement and property management when required.
- Represent Sentrio in a professional and courteous manner.
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures while on duty.

- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Professional, respectful, and confident when interacting with the public.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Knowledge of local parking bylaws is an asset; training will be provided.
Requirements
- Valid Toronto MLEO Certification (Required)
- Class G Driver's Licence (Preferred)
Pay: $21.00-$26.00 per hour
