Nature's View Landscapes is looking for experienced Lawn Care Professionals to join our team for the upcoming season & beyond! The maintenance crew is responsible for travelling to various sites in the area to mow grass, maintain garden beds, prune trees, ect.
The right candidate will;
-Always maintain a friendly, professional attitude towards clients and tenants of the properties we care for.
-Be responsible/punctual/motivated to get the job done with minimal-no supervision.
-Work well in a group, support your team and treat each other with respect
-Be flexible with schedule. This position is Monday- Friday however, if there is rain, we may need to take a rain day during the week and make up for it on a Saturday/Sunday. Typically 8-10 hour days.
-Must have an eye for detail and take pride in your work.
-Must have reliable transportation to get you to the shop located in Blackfalds, after a brief meeting to go over the daily plan & safety reminders, you'll ride in a company truck with your crew from site to site.
Some of your tasks include but aren't limited to;
-Driving trucks with crew members and attached equipment trailer to and from job sites. (For applicants with clean abstracts who are hired to drive, not all team members are required to drive!)
-Operating lawn mowers, riding mowers, weed whackers and other lawn care/maintenance equipment.
-Loading/unloading equipment and safely connecting/disconnecting trailers.
-Using proper hand signals to guide a truck and trailer as they back up (spotting).
-Keeping a consistent pace throughout the day while maintaining quality workmanship.
-Physically able to lift 70lbs and work in various weather conditions.
-Performing basic maintenance on equipment.

Pay: $17.50-$22.00 per hour
