Job Summary
We are seeking reliable and hardworking General Laborers/Packers to join our manufacturing and warehouse team. This role involves supporting production processes, packaging finished products, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, basic mechanical skills, and experience in warehouse or manufacturing settings. This position offers an opportunity to develop skills in assembly, packaging, and equipment operation within a dynamic team environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the assembly of products using hand tools and mechanical knowledge
- Operate packaging equipment and prepare items for shipment
- Use forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move materials safely (training provided)
- Support the loading and unloading of goods from trucks or storage areas
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to ensure safety standards are met
- Perform basic troubleshooting on machinery or tools as needed
- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
- Assist team members with various tasks related to manufacturing, packing, and warehouse operations
Qualifications
- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or assembly environments preferred
- Familiarity with hand tools, mechanical systems, and basic assembly processes is a plus
- Ability to operate forklift equipment (training available for qualified candidates)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good physical stamina with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Prior experience with packaging or using hand tools is advantageous
- Reliable work ethic with a commitment to safety and teamwork
- Basic knowledge of warehouse procedures and safety regulations is desirable
Pay: $17.60-$22.00 per hour
