Trio Pastry Café is a new French-inspired bakery and café located in the heart of Main Street Unionville. We're dedicated to crafting elegant pastries, refined beverages, and memorable experiences in a stylish yet welcoming space.
Position Overview:
We’re seeking a passionate and personable Barista to join our opening team. You’ll be the face of our café — crafting specialty drinks, connecting with customers, and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced but warm environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare espresso-based drinks, specialty matcha/teas, and seasonal beverages
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable service to guests
- Maintain a clean and organized café and work area
- Operate POS system, handle transactions accurately
- Assist in opening/closing procedures
- Stay informed about our pastry offerings and provide pairing suggestions
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ year of café or hospitality experience preferred
- Passion for coffee, tea, and pastries
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Knowledge of latte art, alternative milks, and specialty drinks is a plus
