Role Summary:
We are looking for a Salesforce Developer to develop, customize, and support customer engagement and loyalty solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and integration teams to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain solutions on Salesforce Loyalty Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
- Configure loyalty programs, rewards, promotions, and customer journeys.
- Build Marketing Cloud assets including Journeys, Automations, Data Extensions, and Email Templates.
- Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce APIs.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
- Participate in design, development, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
- Follow Salesforce best practices, security standards, and Agile methodologies.
Required Skills:
- 4–7 years of Salesforce development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Loyalty Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
- Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience with integrations, data migration, and CI/CD processes.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
- Marketing Cloud certification.
- Experience with MuleSoft, Data Cloud, or other Salesforce ecosystem products.
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Toronto, ON (Toronto District)
