Overview
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Front-of-House (FOH) Manager to lead our evening service team with professionalism and enthusiasm. In this key leadership role, you will oversee all front-of-house operations during evening hours, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, smooth service, and a welcoming atmosphere.
The successful candidate will motivate and support the team in delivering outstanding service while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and operational efficiency. Schedule and Availability Requirements
This position requires availability from 4:00 p.m. until approximately 30 minutes after the restaurant closes. The additional time is required to complete closing duties, end-of-day reporting, and other managerial responsibilities.
The restaurant closes at 12:00 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays and at 10:00 p.m. on all other days. Applicants must be available to work the full shift, including post-closing responsibilities, and must have reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the front-of-house team during evening shifts, including servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally
- Oversee food and beverage service, including serving guests, bartending, and food handling procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment in compliance with health and safety standards
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and balancing registers at shift end
- Interview potential team members to build a strong, motivated staff aligned with our hospitality standards
- Be able to serve and assist during busy time.
Requirements
- Proven experience in food service roles such as serving, bartending, or restaurant management
- Supervising or team management experience within the food industry or hospitality sector
- Strong knowledge of food safety protocols
- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and cash handling
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of restaurant management practices including food handling regulations and hospitality standards
