Material Handler / Forklift Operator

AMC Foam Technologies Inc. is looking for a reliable and motivated Material Handler / Forklift Operator to join our team.

Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently operate forklifts to move materials within the facility
- Load and unload shipments while ensuring accurate inventory counts and proper product handling
- Assist with order picking and preparation for shipping as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Conduct routine equipment inspections to ensure safe operation
- Work collaboratively with warehouse and production teams to support workflow and efficiency

Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 55 lbs
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to work with limited supervision
- Must have reliable transportation to Headingley, MB, as public transportation is not available
- Clear understanding of safety rules and ability to follow all safety standards
- Strong verbal, written, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read and understand information
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Forklift experience is considered an asset
Compensation and Benefits
- Starting wage of $18.50 per hour, with the opportunity for increases based on performance
